Our client, a respected leader in the distribution and manufacturing of safety products, is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to drive profitability, ensure operational excellence, foster a safety-first culture, and lead a team across all service offerings and product lines.

About the Role

This is more than just a management role—it’s an opportunity to shape the future of a high-performing branch. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the branch exceeds expectations in safety, service, and performance.
You’ll be the local face of a trusted brand, balancing commercial outcomes with a culture where people feel valued and empowered to do their best work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive branch performance across sales, service, and operational KPIs
  • Foster meaningful customer relationships and local community engagement
  • Maintain a sharp focus on safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with regional and national leaders to contribute to broader business goals

About You

You will have proven experience in branch or operations management ideally within the industrial sector. Previous demonstrated experience managing a P & L, with strong financial acumen including budgeting and cost management, coupled with a proven ability to lead and develop teams with a focus on performance, safety, and results is crucial.

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and guide teams toward consistent goal achievement.
  • Highly self-motivated with a proactive, positive attitude and a strong sense of initiative.
  • Well-organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfortable embracing challenges and navigating new or unfamiliar situations.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and build effective working relationships.
  • Skilled in identifying problems, troubleshooting, and driving practical, solution-oriented outcomes while promoting best practices.
  • Passionate about continuous improvement, with a focus on identifying inefficiencies and enhancing business performance.
  • Committed to high personal and professional ethics, and to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safe workplace.

Why This Role?

This is your chance to step into a role with real impact—where your leadership shapes culture, builds capability, and drives results. You’ll be backed by a business that invests in its people, values community, and believes success starts at the local level.
